Psoriasis Effective Date

I am currently 90% (93%) and I put in for Psoriasis about 5 years ago and I was denied SC. Since then my VA doctor has been treating my psoriasis and after jumping through all the hoops I was prescribed injections to help. He told me he was going to write me a nexus for the psoriasis and since I am taking 12 month medication that I should be at the 60% SC for it.

My question is if I am lucky enough to get bumped to 100% because of it will my effective date go back to the prior time I applied or for this time? Thank you
