Leasing Evolve+ FWD

On Friday I plan on going to the dealership to sign a 3 year lease. Is there anything I should try to watch out for? This is going to be my first lease so kind of want to make sure I don’t get something out on that shouldn’t be on there. First time I talked to them it was $0 due at signing and $275 + tax.
