Not feeling any improvement on 80 days

Hello im on accutane for almost 80 days and im not feeling like my acne is getting better. actually its getting better when i dont use my tretonin creams but my doctor tells me that i have to use them while in treatment. Can you guys please share yours opnions im not feeling good right now. (sorry for my english)
