Gpu choices

I currently have a 5070 founders which is a decent card for what games I play and what I use it for. I decided to buy it while I waited until Best Buy restocked 5080 founders which still has yet to happen if it ever does.

Now I’m wondering, do I keep the 5070 founders for now, sell it once the gpu market settles down, and then buy a 5080 (who knows when that will be).

Or should I consider the 9070xt or 7900xtx?

I’ve always had nvidia gpus so I’ve always been hesitant to switch to AMD just cause I’ve always heard Nvidia had better ray tracing and performance.

I’m wanting something that lasts me 4-5 years. What does everyone think?
