This is the current gear as shown in picture.

My gorgeous and new Canon R10, with an EF adapter. My trusty new lens I bought for versatility and zoom, the gorgeous sigma 24-105mm f/4 Art lens... And my nifty fifty (not shown in the camera, kind of getting neglecting, oops) which isn't getting much use after I've fallen in love with the 24-105. All my lenses are currently EF, and I don't mind it. Yes it's a bit heavy because they're on the adapter adding weight, and the sigma is literally a chunk of metal... But I had to wield a 7D so it's pretty much that, but reverse in weight distribution. Nothing deep.

I've been considering though, getting something with a bigger zoom. I take VARIOUS pictures, and want to explore all possible genres... But I do also need to, and want to get into film more, because of a uni course I'll be starting this September, this course was the main reason why I upgraded cameras and got a new lens.

I would prefer to save money, but need serious advice. I considered mainly the focal length of 70-200mm, first comes to mind the constant aperture, just like the sigma. It would be important as to keep a consistent lighting condition on various focal lengths, I don't mind if it's a third party lens like Sigma or Tamron obviously, and I've head of the G2, gorgeous build, but apparently isn't super accurate at 200mm, with everyone saying it's more 180mm or so.

I considered the RF version... But ouch, money isn't all that when I have a minimum wage job and about 3 shifts a week, with one day off when not in college. I have also holidays to pay for... And I'm still paying off my camera and lens with klarna.

Tldr:

Long story short, best lens or even alternative focal length to consider here? Preferably constant aperture. Would prefer not to exceed the 1kg weight, as I'm scared for the R10's bearing... Gravitating towards the 70-200mm because of its' constant praises.

Budget for saving up is about £500-600 here in the UK. I mainly go for second hand.

I have also provided the types of pictures I usually take.
