[TOMT][childrens series][2000's] fairy treehouse protects family childrens series

im pretty sure i remember watching a childrens show on viaplay (a scandinavian streaming service) when i was a kid, but my memory of it is so blurry, so pls take everything i write with a grain of salt. im pretty sure these fairies or magical creatures lived in a treehouse, where they would watch over the human family living in the forest. There was this evil guy also living here, who for some reason wanted to steal the families baby, (not sure about this... i just know he was always trying to do something bad to them) and he had an evil bird (i think??). Im pretty sure the fairies were animated, but the family and bad guy were human... i think..? i have no idea if this is just some weird fever dream i had or if this is actually real.

Edit: some other key points i remember that might help
- you sort of followed these magical creatures perspective, so you would see their perspective looking at the family or at the bad guy.
- it was very colorful as far as i remember, the magical creatures might have had flower designs of some sort, i think maybe on of them had orange hair?
