Thor feels undertuned

I honestly just think thor needs some kind of a buff, eithier make it so he can cancel his awakening so he can get out of bad situations or give him more shield whenever he uses an ability or make it so that if you push someone into a wall with storm surge it does more damage like emma frost's kick. And why is lightning realm on a 12 second cooldown? Especially when hulk just got the same main buff thor got and alot more with them making his jump way faster and reducing the cooldown on one of his better abilities being his bubble so he gets ultimate faster which is one of the best vanguard ultimates in the game. Meanwhile thor gets nerfed with the removal of voltaic union but gets a slight speed boost
