VRE bachelors/masters question

So I work in an IT role right now that comes with physical demands and 100% in person that exacerbates my SCD. I am applying for VRE to move into a cloud based/cybersecurity role. I have completed an associates/ first half of bachelor degree while in military. My question is how hard would it be for me to get the last half of my bachelors approved along with a masters degree in my plan (since would be less than 48 months) and does anyone have an example of justification to have used?
