What does it mean when the fins instantly unclamp in a salt bath?

I’ve been treating my girl with salt baths for a few days now for clamped fins and what seems to be some fin rot. She seems to unclamp her fins the moment I put her in the bath. Is this a sign it’s improving her health? She breathes a little heavy but I assume that’s just stress
