Is Jinpachi worth a trade?

The search for r/PuzzleAndDragons returned nothing for Ego, Ego Jinpachi and Jinpachi. I have almost 1000 rainbow medals, but burning 40 for this unit doesn't seem very good. The Rank Exp is lower than Seline, and the active is not very good.
