My Entire Garden Bed is an Anthill

I built a garden bed last year, but due to health issues I couldn't plant anything until now. Unfortunately, my entire garden bed is infested with ants. I went and turned over the soil this morning and in every scoop more ants and larvae were unearthed. How the hell am I supposed to get rid of them?????
