How are you supposed to refuel the HULL-C?

I been using the hull c to grind member contracts, specifically the magnus gateway to everus habor mission. This uses alot of fuel obviously, and after 3-4 completed missions I have to refuel. How can I refuel when anytime I do it the qt bug happens? You can’t just store and bring out the hull c again either as when you dock the ship and then store it the landing gears bug out so it’s a big pain to fly around with the 25m/s speed limiter. I tried to refuel it on a landing pad but you cannot store ships from landing pads so while I can refuel it I can’t escape the qt bug.
