Is it normal for a 7-8 week kitten who got their first vaccine mostly not eat at all the next day?

Baby got his first shot yesterday and today is mostly just sleeping and used the litter box once. Been trying to feed him but he's totally disinterested. So he's mostly just been feeling blah and sleeping ☹️
