Driver Set Memory

I have followed the instructions on page 163 of my 2025 RAV4 XLE Hybrid owners manual to set the driver's seat memory position. I have tried it for both position 1 and 2, but for the life of me, I can't get it work. Found a YT that suggested the seat might not have been calibrated at the factory and went through the procedure shown to do the calibration. Still nothing. Anyone else having a problem with this? The directions in the manual seem pretty simple to me.
