Europa expanded or expanded family mod?

I just saw a couple of videos of both europa expanded and the mod pack expanded family. They look fairly similar though i'm quite concerned with installing a bunch of mods but i'm also not sure if europa expanded has all the additions of the mod pack. So what is best?
