WASHU vs Penn

I understand these posts are a bit insufferable so I apologize in advance. I’m currently choosing between WASHU Law with a full scholarship leaving the COA as 70-75k in debt by the end and Penn at sticker. I’m from the northeast and would prefer to stay there, but I also of course appreciate how large of a cost differential there is between these two schools. Regardless of where I go I would like to do big law for some part of my career and eventually transition in to public interest work (I understand this may not be as easy as some make it out to be.) Would I be crazy to be drawn to the assurance and flexibility of Penn when WashU is offering such an amazing scholarship? While I was accepted to many other T14s no where else gave me merit aid.
