Cavalry focused factions

Hello there. I haven't played the game since 2e ended byt decided to return to it. Currently only with Spearhead but i plan to make a full army. I'm not well versed in the current meta so i wanted to ask for some advice. What factions currently can make some decent heavy cavalry focused lists?
