Are rotations guaranteed with maternity/LTFT?

Ranking my rotations for GP VTS and just wondering if I take maternity leave/go LTFT are certain locations/rotations still guaranteed? Or will I just be slotted in where there is space? Looking to go 60% for childcare reasons and planning a 2nd baby currently

Thinking it would be better to put the rotations i want earlier on if the later ones are not guaranteed

Also does anyone know how it works if we get allocated to our personal GP practice? Should I just switch GP?
