Dishonoured-style Ghost Run

Has anyone tried this? Having just reached the Mausoleum for the first time, I've had the most fun sending Astarion out on his own like a ninja, so I'm planning to do a solo Rogue/Monk run, and my intention is to try and get through the game as unseen as possible, which was my favourite challenge in Dishonored. Any tips would be appreciated!
