I'm gifting away my recently bought switch

The long awaited switch that I love playing is about to leave me forever. I have been looking forward to buy switch for many years and finally got one 3 months ago.

I bought Totk, ACNH, Super Mario world, Witcher 3, Mario kart 8 and some more. I haven't finished these games yet, as I am quite busy at work and gym and recently I noticed that I don't play it that much any more.

Me and my sister enjoy mariokart and just dance together but only once a week.

My friend, who has 4 kids, can't afford switch and I thought to gift it to him with the games. This will make me happy definitely, I just don't know if I will miss it too much that I'll have to budget again for a new switch and games.

I just want to hear your thoughts about it. I hope my sister won't feel bad about it even though I already told her my plans and she said that it's fine as long as I want to do it.

Maybe this post is very stupid and I should not have written it.
