Why can't the lab calculate a microalbumin/creatine ratio?

Recent urine test had a creatine reading of 160 mg/dL and a microalbumin reading of <1.2 mg/dL. The lab, though, couldn't generate a ratio because one of the results was "being outside the measurement range of the analyzer."

Which one was not normal? And is this bad?
