Supply drop at 7 weeks?

I’m a little over 7 weeks pp and have been EP the entire time. I’ve been pumping 7x a day and was averaging about 34oz a day.

My husband went back to work this week and I’ve had to adjust my pumping schedule (same number of pumps and time between pumping, just different times of day).

The last two days I got 32oz and 30oz yesterday and based on how today’s going I’ll be below 30oz.

Is it maybe just the stress of him going back? I have no idea why it’s suddenly dipping. I also have a clogged duct so that’s not helping either.
