Tron videos - what am I doing wrong? Video keeps going black

I’m trying to make custom trons for my CAWs this year. I know how to add images and you gotta make time lengths match and all that good stuff. The video tron presets are giving me issues, though.

The logos/images for the names stay the whole time, but the video footage will play for like 5 seconds, go black for 10, play for 5, then just kinda loop like that. Am I doing something wrong?
