My period made me skip school today

I hate my period so much. It came worse this week which caused me to stay in a fetal position for 3 hours. I literally hate my period. I had 3 Tylenols and an ibuprofen and nothing Is helping, neither is a heating pad. God I want it to end. It feels like someone is ripping my organs out of my body. I feel so faint. I haven’t ate anything in the past 16 hours cause I can’t keep it down. When will this suffering end
