Crossplay and linking larian account (Xbox)

Hi,

I'm a PC player and I conviced my roommate to try out BG3 with me for the new update. Sadly whenever she tries to link her larian account to her xbox account she gets a "auth ticket failed" error and it just doesn't work. Since her larian account isn't connected I can't invite her to a lobby. Does anyone have a similar issue ?
