just received dropship from stolen credit card purchase. package addressed to different name. Should I report?

got the item i ordered, but package had someone else's name on the shipping label.

I googled the name, and pics show some nice lady who got her cc stolen.

the vendor that dropshipped the item sells it for 50% more than what I paid.

ebay seller is in asia. Should I report?
