Is S21 refurbished worth it

I am desperately looking for a new phone cause mine is a redmi 8 with 32Gb!!! Budget around 250€ and I live in greece.

This are some that I liked

-poco X7 around 270 -s21 refurbished for 210-230 -nothing 2a for 260 -an one plus model I also like but I don't remember Feel free to recommend me other phones too.
