I Envy Those Who Have a Successful CPAP Journey

I've had two sleep studies, one home and one in-person. My at-home sleepy study diagnosed me with mild sleep apnea and I was put on a CPAP. Struggled for months upon months of never being able to make it a full nights sleep. I tried different masks and pressures, but nothing made a difference. My second in-person sleep study got me on a BiPAP machine. Same result, not being able to make it more than 2-3 hours at the most. I don't know what it is, but I just end up taking the mask off and feel like I can't wear it anymore. I had help from this site after sharing my sleep data and adjusted my settings as well as suggesting I may need to be on an APAP machine, but I'm seriously just feeling so discouraged right now. I recently lost my job due to a mass layoff and have felt bedbound most days due to my fatigue. I'm just terrified my 30s are going to go by like my late 20s did without achieving what I want to because of this constant tiredness. Nobody in my family understands how horrible it is and my sister thinks losing weight is going to be the cure all for my sleep apnea.

Anyone else suffering from lack of results on their CPAP journey?
