The difference librella makes to my old boy is massive.

My 15.5 year old lurcher has slowed down a lot in his old age-which is to be expected. Our vet suggested librella a while ago due to his struggling back legs. It took a while for it to kick in, a few months, and it does unfortunately start wearing off at week 3 (he has it 4 weekly) and we manage this with additional pain relief during this week but the difference in him 24hours after he’s had it is mad. His appetite comes back massively, he’s much more up for walks, he’s in the garden having a squabble with our next door neighbours dog (behind a fence and who he’d never win against in a fight) and back to wagging his tail. It’s like this every month, we have 3 really good weeks and 1 week where he does struggle and I worry about him a lot more than I do at other times. It’s definitely worth it!!
