Ultramarines list feedback

Been tweaking and playtesting my list recently. This is where I am at and I like the results but wanted to get some other perspectives/opinions on it. I know titus isnt the best but thats my boy and I would like to keep him in it. Want a competitive list that will do well in tournaments, if that means titus absolutely has to go then it is what it is, but would love to keep him in.
