Milk coming in

I’m 6 weeks ppl and I’m not sure when my milk supply will come in or if it did already. I’ve always been an under supplier / just enougher and I EP the first few weeks due to a bad latch and slow weight gain. LO is latching better now but I still pump 3-5 times a day. And nurses the rest of the time and gets about 2 formula bottles per day.

I’m still averaging 3-4 oz total per session and it’s technically not enough for her as she needs closer to 5-6 oz. I’ve tried power pumping with my previous babies and it didn’t help much so I haven’t tried it this time around. Just want to know if this amount means my milk supply has regulated or not yet
