Is anybody else's power out today?

My power is out, and I never get any communication around it, nor does Centerpoint's reporting system work.

Is this a normal amount of outages per day?

My concern is, their reporting system doesnt even work. I also tried calling in and it told me I had to call a different number. It automatically forwarded me to that number, but a lady at an unrelated local business picked up and told me that Centerpoint is giving people the wrong number.

How exactly are we supposed to track what's going on with our electricity?
