Tips for maintenance?

Hey everyone! I wanted a laptop for education and gaming,so I decided to buy a Lenovo Loq 15ARP9 with Ryzen 7 7435HS ,RTX 4050 6GB,512GB SSD,and 24 GB RAM.

So far I’m very happy with it,and I want to take very good care of it,so I hope I can get some maintenance tips.I’m somewhat new to this.

I already downloaded everything necessary,updated everything I could,its ready to game and study!

What should I do to prolong its life ? What is the ideal temperature for the cpu? I already have a cooling pad with 2 somewhat large fans in it,I just hope it will be enough to keep it cool. How often should I take it apart and clean it/change the thermal paste? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
