My attorneys didn’t show up to my first two arraignments. Should I complain?
I gave them the benefit of the doubt on my first arraignment because I didn’t provide their administrator my paperwork with my court date on it. I assumed they would know.
The second time, I provided the paperwork, talked to the admin, it was uploaded to the portal, and I got a notification that it was mandatory I show up.
I also gave them an out because they won me back my license at my administrative hearing.
But today I had my postponed arraignment (because they didn’t show up to the first), and the court people told me the attorneys had plead not guilty for me and that I did not have to be there.
I wasted two days off work and money on ride shares. Should I complain to them? I think it is their admin/assistant’s fault. Or not rock the boat since I could potentially get out of this?
I have paid them in full.
