Am I cooked

Currently taking a 300s level class for psych. Missed the first exam bc it’s one of those never takes attendances classes and I didn’t even realize i missed the exam till maybe 2 weeks later so any contacting the teacher would’ve been useless. Got a 40% on the second exam. Now have a third exam, a final, and a paper. Is missing the first and now failing the second exam mean I’m cooked? 😭 there is no homework or participation grades etc just the tests and the paper.
