Biden cut one million government jobs?

Conservative buddy of mine that works for USPS said that although Trump has cut a lot of government jobs, it doesn't compare to the one (1) million government jobs that were cut under Biden. I've looked online and can't find anything that supports this claim. Does anyone have any information on this regard? Thanks.
