never feeling included

why is it that with every community/friend group i join, im always left out? i feel like im always picked last, no matter how talkative i try to be or funny or just anything.

and then there are times where i leave to find something else to join in, i see new ppl in my old spot and every just loves them. but why wasnt it like that for me? so then when i do try to find a new community, i regret it. and the whole thing just starts over again of me self doubting and what not. what is it that im doing wrong??
