Freezing up

Every time i try to play this mod, with or without submods, my computer freezes up around the 1-1.5 hour mark causing me to have to force a restart. Temps are always fine (high 40C - mid 50C) so it i dont think its overheating. When i do use submods, its only a couple (valaryian steel, and AGOT more dragon eggs). And the only other mods i use are heraldry mods and a console access mod. I dont have the issue when playing base CK3 or any other mods that arent a total conversion. This only started within the last couple months and im not sure what, if anything, i can do to fix it. If any one can help id appreciate it.
