Advancing in guilds - console command?

I recently learned of openmw after playing on vanilla for 15-20 hours or so. I also learned that I could not transfer my save file reliably over once installing openmw. Someone online suggested using console commands to update my journal for quests ive already completed and all of my stats, which was pretty simple. However I have a problem now where I cannot progress past the rank of "Associate" in the Mages or Fighters Guild. I 'completed' all of my duties with Ajira so she will no longer give me tasks, but the Boss lady won't advance me because I have not yet completed my Associate duties.

Did I screw up or is there a console command that can change my rank in each faction? (if the latter is true, will advancement be an issue moving forward?)
