If I used “remove magics” and loaded another mod that added enemies that use spells, would they still use them?

I want to use https://creations.bethesda.net/en/skyrim/details/cd707510-9692-4060-967b-26ce3c6c0215/Remove_Magics_ to make magic more rare in Skyrim. But if used a mod like mad men or better vampire npcs which add spells, would the enemies still use them?
