Tempted! Struggling with certain thoughts

I'm only on day 2 of nofap and im already struggling. My mind is racing with sexual thoughts. I keep having thoughts of women I used to watch and I just feel tempted by it. Im trying to not give in but the thoughts wont go away. Any advice
