Terrified all over again - tongue spasm/one side only please bear with me and read till the end

So I’ve had a hellish month or so with what I’m told is health anxiety, Been to a&e with suspected heart issues but was cleared, My GP prescribed me citalopram for generalised/social and what deemed “the worst health anxiety she’s seen in her years as a doctor” which I’m terrified to take so I haven’t

to preface I’ve been twitching in my calves/hamstrings and quads for around 3 years, I’ve also had this thing for about 12 years where my head pulls to the left and shakes a lot.

I’ll occasionally get twitches in other places but they come and go, After a really bad bout of the flu before Christmas that o thought might finish me off I started getting lip pulling/twitching so I went to the gp and she referred me for neurology but it’s a 1+ year wait.

About 10 days ago i developed a pulse and pain in my tooth, i have recession and potential exposed nerve then a few days ago I noticed a weird sensation almost like a rolling/pulling/spasm feeling on the left side of my tongue, maybe about 8 times a day, I’ve had facilitations in my quads that feel more like a pulling sensation but this tongue thing really has sent me into a spiral.

Has anyone else experienced what I’m describing? It’s not a typical fluttery/rippling feeling it’s so weird I’m torn between it being linked to my tooth or the really bad thing.

I’m back to not eating/not sleeping and falling down a dark hole is this something to see the GP urgently about?!
