Baldurs Gate 3-Side Episodes

So i mentioned of the cut content before, well what if that content were made into it's own thing? Like side episodes for characters and all. To include the cut content as well.

It could be done in Unreal Engine if that was an option. A visual novel with animated cutscenes is an option too. Though it'd be 2D cutscenes. To make things easier and all.

So what do you all think of this? To bring the cut content back to life and all.

Though i don't know how to mod stuff, but if it were created as a mod that'd be pretty cool.
