Construction Around my School has left punctures in both my tires

Location: Tallahassee, Fl

My college has been doing construction for a while, and I have to druve through the construction area to get to work, this has left punctures in both of my rear tires.

Is there any legal action I could take for how pieces of sharp metal are carelessly left in the road from construction. Tire is currently leaking air as we speak.
