What are the chances of me and my friends (Hungarian tourists) having problems with the police in Poland for camping in an area where wild camping isn't legal?

We intend to camp in the Giant Mountains for 3-4 days in August, where - based on an official map of Polish authorities - places where wild camping is allowed are very rare. While I am aware that the police can't physically examine all the forests in Poland every night, the mountains we're talking about are fairly popular hiking areas of the country. What do you think about the odds of us getting into trouble?
