Getting kicked out. What do I do?

I've been getting kicked out on and off since I was maybe 16/17. I'm currently 18. My parents go through everything I own, and control almost all of my accounts, so I don't have much. I've really been struggling to find work. I obviously don't love being beaten and kicked out on the semi regular, but since I have no money, it feels like there's nothing I can do. I don't have a car, and I think I'll have to drop out of university to work full time. Are there any programs avaliable for finacial assistance, etc? I'm open to almost any suggestions.
