Client Abandonment?

Does anyone know what the ethical limits and guidelines are for notifying clients you are leaving the agency? I gave my 4 week notice last week and anticipate my last day to be May 5th. I’ve told my 1-1 clients I will be leaving but not yet my IOP group members (per my supervisorsr I have to wait until i can tell them what plan is in place and this is not yet determined). I left early today sick and mainly due to stress and I am being treated very unfairly to the point where I don’t know if I can hang on another 3 weeks. I don’t want to abandon my clients and just quit. Also, I just became licensed last month so I don’t want to cause any controversy with my current job or the board. Any suggestions?
