Looking to pay for Inventory tracker

My excel knowledge can’t bring this tracker to life lol. I’ll pay someone to create my ideal inventory tracker.

I work in the medical field ordering supplies so, most of it is super critical and can’t run out. I want a tracker that automatically deducts supplies depending on the visits for the day. I ideally would like to be able to edit and change the visits, not just use an average.The supplies all vary in use, so I never can wrap my head around a good formula. If anyone is willing to take this on please let me know. We can discuss pay and items needed on contact.
