Follow-up to my Blacklist Post yesterday

Now my friend knows he it is the same as a normal appeal but harder, he now wants to ask for any advice. He claims that he has not done the act that he was banned for (sending alleged IRL death threats) but he also doesn't have any evidence to back it up, other than the fact that he has never directly communicated with the player in question.

He also says that Stoney responded to an email appeal back in early November, but hasn't heard from him since.

Any suggestions for him?
