Thoughts on CarelonRX Specialty Pharmacy?

I have Anthem BCBC for insurance, which means my covered specialty pharmacy is CarelonRX. Is there anyone here that has used them for IVF meds and has had a good experience with them? I saw some negative experiences from over a year ago so I am keeping my fingers crossed!
